Behind every medicine and every medical device are critical production steps, too important to fail. ESSERT Robotics automates them: with standardized robotic modules that work alone, join a line, or extend an existing one. The MicroFactory Ecosystem is the base for every solution we build: handling of tubs, nests, and vials around filling and inspection machines, assembly of syringes, autoinjectors, and medical devices, and robotic in- and outfeed automation for inspection systems. Every module is engineered for GMP environments and stays in use as products, volumes, and available staff change. Built for pharma and MedTech manufacturers who need the critical steps of their production to run in consistent quality, unlike automation locked into one product, one volume, one process. Since 2012 · 100+ manufacturers in pharma and MedTech · ISPE Robotics Application of the Year Award, 3 years in a row. Production sites in Bruchsal, Germany, and Morrisville, NC.

United Manufacturing Hub (UMH) is the open-source, AI-native Industrial Data Management Platform for manufacturers. It connects shop-floor equipment (PLCs, sensors, machines) and IT systems such as ERP and MES, cleans and contextualizes the data, and structures it in a Unified Namespace: one real-time source of truth for the whole plant. On that foundation, manufacturers run operational KPIs, energy and condition monitoring, alerting, and industrial AI without custom point-to-point integrations. The platform runs anywhere, from a single edge device to multi-site deployments on the same architecture, and manufacturers keep full ownership of their data and infrastructure. UMH is deployed across multiple sites at manufacturers including HiPP, Böllhoff, and VELUX. An independent Forrester Total Economic Impact study found 426% ROI over three years with payback in under six months.

werob is a systems integrator for service robotics, not a robot manufacturer. Instead of pushing one brand of hardware, werob turns a plain-language spec into a working deployment plan and ranks 44+ OEM suppliers against it — so the operator ends up with the right robot for the job, not whichever one a vendor is selling. Built for mid-market and enterprise operators who want an integrated program rather than a hardware purchase: senior living and care facilities, hospitality, food & beverage, logistics and delivery, security, waste management, and facility services. Typical path from spec to a robot live on-site is 8 weeks. What's different: werob doesn't make money on hardware markup — the business is the integration and ongoing operation layer, not the robot itself. Deployments connect into the systems an operator already runs (SAP EWM, PMS platforms like Opera and Mews, POS systems, security platforms) rather than sitting as a standalone silo, and a multi-vendor fleet cockpit gives one operational view across whatever mix of OEM robots ends up deployed.
