These terms apply to the Supplier Listing product only (CHF 199 per year). Pro and Featured plans described on the pricing page are not currently offered for sale and are not covered by these terms.
What a Supplier Listing is
A Supplier Listing is a paid, dedicated supplier profile page on Automation List. It is intended for component and parts suppliers. It is not a paid upgrade of a free vendor directory listing. Component and parts suppliers are not eligible for the free vendor directory, which is reserved for automation solution providers.
A Supplier Listing includes a dedicated profile page (logo, description, country, product categories, and a link to the supplier’s website), findability via site search and filters, and a fixed term of twelve (12) months from publication (or from the start date stated on the invoice, if different). Listings are published on review. Subject to editorial approval, we aim to publish within ten (10) working days of payment.
A Supplier Listing does not include placement in the vendor directory, on category pages, or on crossing pages.
Term length and renewal
The Supplier Listing runs for twelve (12) months and is billed annually in advance.
There is no auto-renewal. The term simply ends when the twelve months expire unless a new invoice is issued and paid. There is no subscription to cancel.
Non-renewal
If the listing is not renewed (no new invoice issued and paid for a further term), the profile page is removed or unpublished at the end of the term.
Editorial review, rejection, and removal
All Supplier Listings are subject to editorial review before publication. We reserve the right to reject a listing or to remove a published listing at any time for editorial, quality, legal, or policy reasons (including inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content). Refunds in case of editorial removal are described in our Refund Policy.
No guarantee of results
The Supplier Listing is the publication of a profile page. We give no guarantee of traffic, visitor numbers, leads, enquiries, search engine rankings, or citations by AI systems. Absence of such results is not a ground for a refund.
Supplier responsibilities
The supplier warrants that it owns or is licensed to use the logo, text, and other material it supplies; that the information provided is accurate and not misleading; and that it will hold Automation List harmless against third-party claims arising from that material.
The supplier is responsible for notifying us of changes to its listing information.
Outbound links
Outbound links from paid supplier profiles to the supplier’s website are marked as paid placement (attribute rel="sponsored"). This disclosure applies only to supplier profiles. Outbound links in the vendor directory remain unchanged.
Pricing and payment
The current price for a Supplier Listing is CHF 199 per year, billed annually in advance. CHF 199 is the total amount payable. No VAT is charged. Payment instructions are provided by invoice or by the payment method we specify when you purchase. There is no self-serve checkout on this website at this time.
Contracting party
The contracting party for a Supplier Listing is Kevin Thoma, operator of Automation List. Full operator details are set out in the Impressum / Legal Notice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the operator.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for a purchase is the one published on this page at the time of that purchase.
