Frontier Beam · Advanced Packaging TCB Equipment:With HBM multi-layer stacking and microchannel liquid cooling as its two pillars, this segment tackles key technologies in high-end advanced packaging to support the development of computing chips and high-density integration. Emerging Beam · UV Printing Equipment: With the blue film replacement process for new energy battery cells and next-generation OLED displays as its two pillars, this segment drives industrial upgrading and import substitution while positioning the company for future industry leadership. Notably, the blue film replacement process has been validated by BYD and is now in mass production. To date, the company has obtained over 100 national patents and established an Academician Workstation and a Postdoctoral Workstation as high-end R&D platforms.
