BRAINR

BRAINR is a cloud-native manufacturing execution system (MES/MOM) for food and beverage manufacturers, with built-in WMS, QMS and APS and deep specialisation in poultry and protein processing. BRAINR does not replace the ERP, it complements it: the ERP handles orders, finance and master data, while BRAINR runs shop-floor execution across receiving, processing, packing, labelling, warehouse and dispatch. BRAINR delivers the full digital production layer: real-time production control, lot-level traceability, catch-weight and OEE data, and automated quality reporting in place of paper and spreadsheets. Integration is bidirectional and real-time with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE X3, Primavera, PHC and Eticadata, and plug and play with Marel, Bizerba, Zebra, Captemp and MTECH, plus label printers, weighing terminals, PLCs and scanners. BRAINR is hardware-agnostic and runs alongside existing lines without vendor lock-in, with a documented public REST API, webhooks and sandbox environments. GS1 standards end to end, plus HACCP, IFS Food, BRC and FSMA traceability. Reference project: Grupo Lusiaves. At its Campoaves plant (600,000 birds per month, 3,500 lots per month, 60 million euro revenue), BRAINR reached full digitalisation in three months, cut quality and traceability reporting time by 95% and manual data entry by 92%, and raised operational efficiency by 21%.
