Andritz AG is a global technology group founded in 1852 and headquartered in Graz, Austria, with around 30,000 employees across 280+ locations in over 80 countries. The Andritz Automation division provides complete plant control systems, simulation, electrical and controls engineering, operator training, and process optimization services for a wide range of process industries. Andritz develops its own Metris X distributed control system (DCS) as part of the Metris All-in-One IIoT platform, covering everything from classic automation to digital twin and predictive maintenance solutions.
