We've added Education and Training as a new industry category, covering PLC/SCADA training providers, industrial simulators, and e-learning platforms for automation skills. Vendors offering courses, certifications, or simulation software for the automation workforce can now be filtered under this industry.

Clarified who belongs in the directory, what we check before review, and the four outcomes (published, Supplier Listing offered, on hold, declined).
