Our core work is FANUC robot integration for machine tending, palletising, and materials handling, supported by PLC and HMI programming across Siemens, Rockwell, and Omron platforms, plus safety systems and custom conveyor design. One engineer handles each project from concept through commissioning, so there is no handoff between design, programming, and installation. We work mainly with family-owned and regional manufacturers who want a straightforward, reliable system rather than an oversized or overcomplicated one. Reference projects: for Limestone Coast Seeds, we had the robot onsite, powered up, and commissioned within six weeks of first contact, stacking 25 to 40kg bags onto steel stillages for export markets, with safety fencing erected ahead of final bolt-down once conveyors arrived. For SVC Group, we engineered a vacuum gripper rated for 45kg concrete pavers and demonstrated it holding an additional 80kg on-site before sign-off.
